The hotel is incredible! However the service was not the best the concierge made us “reservations” to a restaurant that was half the reason why we booked. After being lost for an hour because none or the staff cab properly direct you, we were told we didn’t have reservations and they couldn’t accommodate us. One of my beds also didn’t have a comforter I called twice to ask for one and it never came. The place is extremely large we couldn’t find the place to our second reservation staff kept sending us different ways after arriving 15 mins late they did not seat us.
