We arrived in the evening and the front counter staff was amazing. They had all the answers to my questions and were attentive to needs. Will be staying with them in the future. Rooms along river side are beautiful at night.

Hotel looks nice but is very old. My wife and I had cold showers the first morning. They "fixed" the problem, so that the water temperature fluctuated between cold and scalding hot without our touching the controls, several times. Also, the restaurant at breakfast had terrible service. We waited 45 minutes before getting food. At 40 minutes we asked about it, and to get water refills. The waitress told us we had the wrong person, the "right" person was rude on delivering the food. We never did get more water.

The front desk concierge were AMAZING! The restaurant in the hotel was busy but the bartenders did a phenomenal job keeping up! Definitely will return when the YANKS roll into the BURGH!

I paid for breakfast for 2 people ahead of time and I was still charged for it again when it was put to my room bill. Load bussing noise in the room, wall paper in the bathroom was coming up next to the tub. Stains on the pillow and comforter. I ordered breakfast on sunday and didnt recieve my orange juice and had to pay for another one. It seems like i paid alot of money for a nice hotel when i could have had better setvice at a Holiday inn. $1100 for 2 nights and this is what you get. Sad !!!!!
