Brittany was extremely helpful and fixed everything for us. As for hotels.com, they booked us in a room that had a bathtub despite the fact that there was actually no bathtub available. We were moved to another room with a horrible smell in the fridge, so we had to move to a third room. Poor Brittany had to take care of all these issues for us, for which she was very accommodating and apologetic. Even when there were no more towels in the pool, I watched her grab some clean ones from the closet and fold them herself for us. The pool was overflowing and chilly, and the eggs at breakfast were like drywall. The room was okay but the wallpaper in the bathroom was wrinkled and a few tiles were missing. Decent place to stay provided you get lucky with the room or blessed with staff like us.

Great week stay

Great staff that was very friendly , accommodating, and helpful, was able to keep us in the same room when one night we had planned a stay at another location and one member of the party wanted to stay, pay for that night and keep the same room for the next few night's I reserved. The billing worked perfectly nobody was charged extra. Was keep very clean in all area;s. Great free breakfast and heated pool. Any minor inconveniences were far outweighed by the service and price. Rooms were very nice and the same as the pictures of the room, no bait and switch with room photo's

Had a nice clean room and the other areas I observed where very clean. Free breakfast with a decent selection of items and most tasted fresh. Only down side the bar had no beer or seltzer and limited liquor/mixer's. Still a great stay and great staff.

Proximity to airport and shops/restaurants was a plus. Roads in and out of hotel are not in good condition, and there is litter outside the hotel in the parking lots, bushes, etc. Hotel itself was clean and staff was good. Room was good but sink faucet was loose and would move, as well as toilet handle.
