The room was clean, very nice staff and good breakfast!

Room was not completely clean when we arrived: dusty in areas and pieces of plastic bag on the floor between the beds. It was reasonably comfortable though and a okay place to stay for the night. The hot tub wasn’t working—it was completely drained and looked like it had been broken awhile. That’s the reason we’d stay there in the first place, so very disappointing. The exterior door closest to our room worked for exiting, but did not let us in. (The key card worked but the locking mechanism appeared to be broken, staying locked when the light turned green). It appears that breakfast was included—we didn’t see the breakfast room until we checked out. The staff didn’t mention it to us at check in. The ice machine didn’t work. Staff was friendly; the property is just a little run down.

Beautiful loft with modern updates throughout. Simple checkin and out. Great location!

The property looks great from the outside but leaves a lot to be desired on the inside. The inside of the hotel smells musty and dirty. This used to be a nice property and well worth the price but current management has done nothing to keep the property fresh and appealing. There are marks and holes in the walls and carpets looked old and worn. This place in in need of a lot of love.
