I was upgraded to a suite, which was a stunning room, with large windows overlooking the street and high ceilings. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had excellent water pressure.
I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary small bottles of water, chocolates at night and the next day's weather written out on a card.
