Super comfy bed, very clean. The breakfast was fab with lots of choice and staff constantly replenishing food. Staff very pleasant. Lovely hotel. We had a nice stay. It was a good base, right opposite the parliament building and easy to walk over chain bridge to Pest.

Staff were welcoming & new all about Budapest. In fact I was lucky as I left my keys behind & the staff contacted me to tell me. 20 minutes walk from a lot of the sites & if you don't like walking plenty of cheap transport. Enjoyed the breakfast to. Thanks for a nice stay

Overall, this was exactly what I expected. The breakfast was great, the transport links exemplary. The view I got of the parliament building was incredible. Wow. I just wish that water was provided in your room rather than down at reception. I am pretty immobile and so going to fetch water constantly was not ideal. That is literally the only downside.

The hotel upgraded us to a 5th floor suite room 515. The carpets were all badly stained, the wall next to coffee machine was completely stained with coffee from guests prior., The shower tray has not been installed correctly, although it has a run off for water the entire corner of bathroom gets drenched. The main door had to be slammed shut

The view was amazing but after that , not great. We had to ask for most things. No bathrobes in room. Room wasn't cleaned second day so we had to ask for clean towels and bins to be emptied. Carpet has seen better days and no comfortable chairs to sit on. Tea and coffee not replenished. Poor house keeping . Apart from that we had a view of the Parliament building and river which was fantastic
