Book Pilanesberg National Park hotels

Food isn't good, very high in fat, carbs and sugar. No healthy options asides from salad which it doesn't really count. They have a ton of staff but they aren't customer service focus more like out to lunch. Nobody greets you or even look at you, they avoid eye contact. Definitely didn't feel welcome. Hotel itself it's fine and basi amenities need improvement and easier access to use them. The safari drives are chaotic needs more planning and organization.

Second visit there now, very clean, staff very friendly, great place to rewlax

We loved our stay and would happily return. The atmosphere of the lodge was exactly what we needed, calm, personal and spacious, with a real sense of care and thoughtfulness throughout. It felt special without being overstated, and incredibly restful.

Mbazo lodge is truly a special place. You are looked after like a king. True six star service. The food and drink was incredible. The chef so talented. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The drives were amazing and the guides so knowledgeable. Thirty elephants came and drank from the pool while I was eating lunch my first day. A wonderful place.
