Quiet property. Warm and inviting lobby. Clean rooms. Wonderful service from staff. This is our third year booking this hotel. Check in has always been fast, friendly and welcoming. We always book a king room. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are quiet. Keep in mind this is a pet friendly hotel. You may hear the occasional bark from another room. The staff at the front desk always greets you as you come and go throughout the day. The property is within a quick walk or drive to many restaurants or shopping opportunities. We always enjoy a day drive to Gatlinburg or Dollywood. There is so much to do in the area. You can’t go wrong with a trip to The Great Smoky Mountains.

Cannot recommend this place enough!

We absolutely LOVED everything about this hotel! Every single staff member we encountered was so friendly, everything was clean, the breakfast was awesome, and it is VERY pet friendly! We didn't have pets with us but we loved seeing and petting all of the dogs we saw - so if you're not a dog person this might not be the place for you. Pigeon Forge is definitely a tourist town, but there is no shortage of things to do, places to shop, and stuff to eat. La Quinta is right in the heart of it all and super convenient to everything. We can't wait to go back!

Relaxed family time.

Had a wonderful stay with my granddaughter and two of my great grand sugars! We loved the comfort of the room, the convenient location, the indoor pool was very comfortable, breakfast was great. I do think they need more air circulating in the breakfasts area, it was hot. We did not have our puppy with us but we loved that they are pet friendly! Very friendly staff! We will be back! Already looking at a time to come when the Christmas lights are up!

Motel was clean and staff very helpful. The king bed was so tall that my wife, who has back problems and is short, couldn't get up on it. So she tried to sleep on the couch. The cushions were so broke down she couldn't sleep. We checked out the next day.

Amazing

Our second year here. They also accomodated us by getting us into the same room as last year. The suite was worth it. So much space. Great view. Immaculate condition of the room. Everyone was so nice. They even joked about wanting some of the candy i bought. It was like.home away from home and they felt like family. Breakfast was good. Pool was good. Overall amazing and will be back. Only place ill ever stay
