Good location right on the main strip in Pigeon Forge, convenient to get to all of the attractions in the area. The outdoor pool was nice and relaxing. Our room just felt really dark and it had an unpleasant mildew odor. We were disappointed with the limited selection of food at the continental breakfast.

Was glad to see laminate floors, but when I wiped up some spilled water the cloth came up filthy! I'm sure they vacuum, but a clean mop would work wonders.

The facility is an older outside access hotel, but it was very clean, (remodeled recently?). I was pleasantly surprised and fully satisfied.

Not the best experience!

This place had really good reviews and we’ve stayed at best western before and had no problems but this experience was not the best. They put us in a room right next to the cleaning crews room. We were awake at 7-8am regardless because of how loud and noisy the crew was. Every morning we woke up to the noise of cleaning carts rolling and loud conversations. The place was pretty clean besides a cockroach we found on the last day. The bedding was very thin and uncomfortable and the bed made loud spring noises every time you moved. I usually don’t have bad experiences at hotels so i was disappointed.

Clean and safe. Friendly staff. Dated motel. Room was very humid and smelled musty. Bed was comfy, but pillows were flat and small. Good pool. Hot tub is small and 4 people hogged it the whole time we were there. Breakfast was good. Breakfast location was wonderful! Good coffee.

Girls’ trip

Girls’ trip. We had an awesome time. Trolley stops right in front of the hotel. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, and our room had a private balcony. There’s several outdoor pools. They were really nice and open til midnight. Breakfast was pretty good. I like a little more choices, but it’s free and it was good.
