The staff were very helpful and kind!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the accommodations, staff and service were exceptionally excellent. My partner and I were here for a short getaway and I’m so glad we chose El Silencio. The food was top notch and there was a wide variety of activities to choose from. The hiking on the property was quite enjoyable and we loved the on property private waterfalls. The staff here were very attentive, friendly and helpful which made our stay here very pleasant. I would highly recommend El Silencio to anyone visiting Costa Rica!

Our flight was diverted due to weather, causing a 5 hour delay so we were not actually able to stay overnight but staff kindly let us hang out in the morning and enjoy our breakfast. The breakfast was super tasty and filling. Two scarlet macaws ate bananas at the feeders while we had our breakfast. Such a cool experience!

Renovation on room

I liked everything about the property. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. The room was cleaned daily and there was eco friendly hair products and toiletries. Room has a mini fridge, coffee maker and fresh water daily. Continental breakfast was amazing - at a restaurant on premises. Great selection! The springs were great- wasn’t a lot of people and we were able to enjoy it solo. The resort was beautiful and tranquil. You can hear the animals throughout the day esp the monkeys in the morning. We didnt get to see the monkey but we did see a sloth up in the tree- thanks to Ruben (who btw gave a great coffee/ chocolate tour). Big thank you to all the staff members- from the gentleman who greets you when entering, front desk staff, house keeping, and restaurant waiters/waitresses. All very pleasant and super helpful when we had any questions or concerns. Pura Vida. :)
