It was a nice stay for the entire family

This was an amazing stay. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure me and my friend were well looked after. We got some great food recommendations and they were so helpful in organising tours and tuk tuks. Unfortunately my friend fell ill whilst we were there and the staff were so kind and caring. The decor was amazingly done, it was such a stylish and chic place to stay!

This property exceeded all of my expectations! The staff was the best. They were helpful at all levels. Especially the senior front desk manager and the dining manager, cook and waitress in the dining area. I had a special request and their attention to detail was the best. I’m very impressed and grateful for making my stay there memorable. Thank you!

Everything was fine, with no surprises; often a pinnacle of achievement in this environment. Staff were attentive and friendly. Accommodation was comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Amenities were nice.

We spent 2 nights at the resort, and it truly felt like “home away from home”. All staff are wonderful and had been super helpful. We felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. We love how clean the resort is and how the staff treated us. Love it and very appreciative for the service and made us felt comfortable, enjoyable, and relax during our stay. Great hotel, with a very cool bar and restaurant upstairs overlooking the river walk. Loved everything.
