My husband and I stayed at Heritage for an extended 21-day visit. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was an amazing way to start each day before heading out for our activities. We originally planned to stay only 9 days before continuing our travels, but we ended up extending our stay — largely thanks to the wonderful housekeeping service we received from Ei Moe. She took such great care of our room every day and even surprised us by creatively folding the towels into adorable animal shapes. Ei Moe truly went above and beyond — she’s the best!

Breakfast staff 😋 especially the Doorman & Toew and the cooking staff. They all made us feel extremley welcomed every morning and nothing was an effort. Our housekeeper , just the most patient and beautiful lady thank you. Reception staff,i can see you are ruled with an iron fist, but i did see your beauty and patience. When booking this hotel, remember the price you are paying. The hotel is a little tired and renovations are constant. Very close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel for a budget friendly holiday.

I’ve visited Thailand before, but this has easily been the best hotel experience I’ve had at so far. From the unbeatable location to the warm and welcoming staff, everything exceeded my expectations. And the breakfast absolutely worth waking up for. Location wise, it’s perfect. Everything you could possibly need is just a short walk away. no taxis required. From massage places just 2 minutes, local food joints all along the walk. shopping mall just 5 minutes walk and even Bangla Road and the beach are only about 10 minutes on foot.. 5* to the staff.

Good location, friendly staff. The hotel could use a bit of a Reno or facelift, as it’s getting a little tired. But at the price we paid, we were more than happy. Value for money is extremely good. Although we may be happier than most, as we received a free room upgrade to a mini suite. Seperate bedroom, lounge/living area. 2 TVs, 2 balconies, one of which was massive wrap around the corner style, overlooking the second pool…. 2 Split system air cons were old n well used, but did a great job of keeping our rooms 21 degrees. Shame the outdoors are balcony mounted, as they are pumping hot air out there… Good breakfast buffet included. Bathroom was small and a bit rough looking. This is the main reason I only gave 4 stars.

Very spacious rooms. Hotel is very close to main streets and shopping, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Very old furniture , beds and uncomfortable shower and toilet are very old and smell is horrible. Staff in hotel is so nice and helpful very friendly. Breakfast is nice lots of choice.
