The room was on the smaller side with limited amenities. Staff was friendly but the majority of the hotel is exposed to the outdoor environment.

Very good hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating when it came to changing rooms. Our original room faced the street and was quite loud at night, but they quickly moved us to a room on the opposite side of the building, and we slept peacefully after that. We stayed for nine nights, and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard, with coffee and towels replenished each day. The only minor blemish was that upon checkout, they asked if I had taken a coffee spoon LOL (I hadn’t!). Overall, a great place to stay. Just try to secure a room away from the main street, as it can get quite lively at night.

Very friendly, clean. AMAZING Buffet every morning!! Definitely get the Buffet. We stayed 15 nights with a pool access room. Wonderful to jump into our pool anytime. The roof top pool is GREAT!!! I used the gym almost everyday. I would definitely return to the Indigo. Either pool access room (more $) or the Garden View room.

Overall very good. Clean and comfortable room. Good service by staff. Location was central in Patong. Room service food was not great, though. Lemon grass soup was average at best. Ordered breakfast and it arrived lukewarm at best.
