A WONDERFUL AND EXTRMELY CLEAN HOTEL WITH GREATST

My stay was excellent from check in to check out, the only issue I had was that at check out when I was paying my bill for the beverages and food that I took from room service, the hotel worker who bought the food to our room decided to write a tip for 100THB on the tip section of the bill after we signed the receipt that was bought to us without our concent.

Hi... We stayed in pool villa & overall was pretty good... We have stayed in afew 5 star villas in phuket over the years & this pretty good... Staff very nice... breakfast good... Villa room was good but out dated pool... Biggest let down was the in room dining which we got twice, Narchos was shocking!! Some chips & bowl of corn pretty much!! No good at all in 5 star resort!! The other meal not much better!! Also in room booklet says free ice when required which they changed us!!! Once again poor in 5 star resort & money you pay per night!! Overall over priced for villa

The villa rooms are amazing! Lots of space and clean bathroom. All the amenities are new and clean. Restaurant served great food at breakfast. The negatives; they charge you for ice and to warm up leftover food in the microwave, $60 and $100, respectively. It's not a lot of money but why.
