I booked a double bed room in this property during the peak period and but when we arrived at the property, we were given a single bed. The pictures are not true to the room pictures… There was absolutely no decoration/furniture etc in the room except for a small fridge, and inbuilt wardrobe. The room and toilet was pretty spacious and clean one of the staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Another staff was not the most friendliest. They also do not accept card for car booking etc. Food was pretty decent and they have a decent amount of choices But in general, I think the the hotel does not feel like a 3 star hotel. I would give it 2 stars rather than 3. I don’t think that the hotel cost was very cheap either when we booked it since it was the peak period but nonetheless, the property shall not lie to its customers of the insides of the hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is that the area is very convenient and walking distance to the Patong beach, Bangla District etc. There are also really good food options in the same district as the hotel.

Very good location just a couple minutes from Patong Beach. The motel is a little run down with rooms needing re-decorating and updating. Bedding and towels are clean but stained. The western (Russian?) woman on reception during business hours is a great asset and always able to assist. The male (Indian) is the opposite. Lied directly to me on two occasions and tried to make up for it by lying again. Very disappointing from someone in customer service. Breakfast is not inspiring with a lack of range and bacon being substituted with "chicken ham". An employee told me this was due to the "big boss is muslim". Good price, good location but a tired motel with issues that can be easily fixed.

I cant find the words I book the room last may for feb I plan this holiday last 8 months 1 st feb it was time we happy go to hotel they said no room they cancelled but we don't know 1 week before I call the hotel.com I ask everythink ok confirmed ? they say no proplem confirm go and pay on the hotel but we got a night mare they no reason cancel middle of the night we try find the stay some where bad bad bad

Great location

Hotel near to Patong Beach, Bangla Road, and Jungceylon market. Hotel located in a quiet street, away from hustle and bustle from the main street.

The condition of bathroom was really terrible. Too smelly 🙄. For 4 days 3 nights stay we were provided with only one small bottle of shampoo and one small bottle of shower gel.🙄🙄

We walked into a room horrible

The wash basin was cracked there was a door missing from the shower cubical there was no fridge it took us a few hours to get this we were only here 2 days when they brought it it was stained brown could not put food in it. The place was dirty things still in bin from last person ect. The pictures you show are of a room but not the room you get when you arrive I would not recommend to any one No coffe or tea making in room at all. You had to walk to the back alley to get in where there is no security and doors open all night
