Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel has a nice beach and kept reasonably clean. The rooms are large and has a great view of the sea for the ocean view rooms. It is definitely worth the extra money to get the view.
However, the hotel is showing its age. The room leaks a lot of water during heavy rain. There is no staff around to help. The front desk was empty, mostly likely out to help others already. There were other people from other rooms also looking for help and again nobody around. Luckily the rain stopped after a while and the bathroom toilets were able to Keep the room from being a disaster area. But I did have to dry the towels by twisting it in the bathroom myself.
That is only one road going into the hotel and it was flooded every time when it rains. During heavy rain, it is like a river. There is no restaurant service in this “resort”. So during heavy rains, you still need to go out to get something to eat. Restaurant only opens for breakfast, which was pretty good.
