Home is updated and immaculate! This fully furnished, single family home is in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. Complete access to resort facilities—golf, tennis, pickle ball, pools, hot tubs, restaurants and bars, workout center, and more!

2 well-stated bedrooms each with a queen bed, 2 full baths, open floor plan, with a fully stocked and functional kitchen.

Property Description

Property a bit dated and provides only basic amenities But it was clean, well decorated and the location worked well for us. Cottonwood Country Club access provided very good services and activities that we wanted (pickle ball, tennis and restaurant).
