Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
I came with a friend about a month ago for a concert. We booked our 2 queen bed room in February and upon arrival in mid July we were welcomed to a lovely ONE QUEEN BED ROOM. We staid 2 nights crunched in a bed because hotel staff said they were completely sold out and there was nothing they could do EVEN THOUGH we booked 6 months in advance. They said it was a system glitch. No cots were available and I asked what they were going to do about it- I was then told one night would be refunded. Upon check out the refund was said to be initiated and it would take 7-10 business days for the deposit and the refund to be credited. It’s now been a month, I have not received my refund and my friend who used her card for the deposit has not been refunded the deposit. My Place, rather than lying and stealing, do better. Do what’s right and take care of your customers. I am absolutely disgusted and will NEVER book with another My Place- IN MY LIFE.
