They were kind enough to let me check in late due to flight delays. Had an issue with my credit card. They couldn’t slide my card. It needed to be either a tap or a chipped card and my card was neither of those so I had to come up with a different form of payment which wasn’t ideal for me. We stayed at the hotel for five days after our third night there we found out there was no housekeeping services not even just to come and take trash out. I had requested an extra towel. Never got it. It took getting upset and complaining that the front desk for us to end up getting room service the night before we left. The morning after we checked in my husband went down for breakfast and all they had was coffee and a vending machine. Extremely disappointed. Booked the hotel not only because of price and central location for the event we were there for but as well because it said breakfast and it does not include breakfast at all whatsoever the night. The pictures that are on the website that show their breakfast area. Looks like it’s from a different hotel not this particular location locations dining area. The gentleman that checked us in, he was very nice. He seemed very nervous but kind. He listened to my ran team when I was upset and understood why I was upset but otherwise he was nice. He was kind. I do not recommend this hotel at all unless you’re only doing a one night stay. This hotel’s information on Hotels.com does need to be changed to reflect what they actually provide.

Staff barely spoke English. Gap under door lets dust blow in. Pillows extremely uncomfortable. Room not very clean. Tiny towels to dry off with don't even fit around your waist.

Never again. Never. We got there about 1.5 hours early to check in and they wanted to charge $40 extra. (I paid $193 for a room which is WAY too much for the quality). I asked for a quiet room, they put us on the 3rd floor in the back, however they put running/screaming toddlers in the room next to us. They spent an hour at 1130 pm running up and down the echoey hallways. The phone had NO buttons on it. Non working. Calling through the hotel number was impossible to reach anyone. The room was old and dirty. A big “pull” written on the shower handle in marker because it was so difficult to turn the shower on. The pool closed before 8 pm even though hours said 9. The staff let my 18 year old kids in and then the hot tub was cold and non working. Not worth the money. Dirty. Gross. Old.

The room was in definite need of repair, run down and FILTHY. Upon arrival the room smelled of Fabuloso like it was clean but walking across the floor left our feet completely black from the nasty conditions. The sheets were stained and dingy as was the shower curtain. The breakfast that was supposed to be free per the website was more than limited and the two prepackaged food options were both stale. When checking out, the attendant was asleep though the doorbell kept going off and we tried to wake him. Very disappointing especially considering the cost of the stay.

Listed on the booking breakfast was included- when we arrived there was a handwritten piece of paper that said “limited” before breakfast. When i asked the employee what limited meant he stated they had breakfast bars, juice and coffee and oatmeal. When we mentioned it stated breakfast was included he said “it is, we just don’t have a continental breakfast” I would not considered the things listed a qualifier to list your hotel as “breakfast included”

The room was clean and we did sleep well. What was lacking- phone didn't work, internet was spotty at best, "breakfast" was a few small packaged snacks and hot water, hot tub was not heated, pool didn't seem to be heated, furniture was shabby and some fixtures needed repair, A/C didn't seem to work. I would definitely not stay here again. The best I could say about the place is that the staff was friendly and the room was clean, but other than that...

We stayed 2 nights, theres a brick under the popped out ac and a loose wood piece under there too, an empty tissue container, no extra toilet paper, 2 old dirty towels so we ended up using our own towels, also the front desk guy told us at the check in counter that the beds have blankets in between the sheets but we stripped both beds and found nothing. Theres no breakfast its snacks like greasy muffins and granola bars and sunny D juice, coffee is a joke!

The people who work here are what shines here. They are so kind and helpful. I called down because i wanted an extra chair for my grandson and they were up in minutes! I couldn’t figure out the bath and they sent someone up immediately to help! I stay in hotels at least 30 times a year and I can tell they take pride in what they do. The room was spotless. The location was perfect! The bed was cozy! This is a great place to stay!

Well it’s next door to a strip club and the room was not very clean had pee in the toilet the lock was hanging off the door pubic hair in bathroom and the office sent someone to fix the lock and he had no shoes on no teeth and asked me for money to get high I didn’t feel safe at all and the breakfast is sunny D and stale muffins motel 6 is cheaper and better than this place fr fr
