I’ve stayed here multiple times and never disappointed. My last time I left something in my room and it was found. The front desk staff had me email them a shipping label and they packaged it up. I had it in my hands within a week. Great customer service. As always.

Great little hotel centrally located in tempe.. ready to quickly get a ride shate to many great restaurants. Only thing is it is close to the airport and the freeway so there is some noise from air and car traffic but did not bother me at all

In my father's handicap accessible room, the sink faucet was only able to get hot water was only able to get cold one time. The floor was uneven and made it difficult to walk. No ice machine. Had to get ice from lobby.
