Biggest turd drug den in Tempe.

What a total toilet nugget that was. I paid for a deluxe room with a bed and separate sitting area but was given just a regular room. There were Bed bugs, pubes all over the sheets, the a/c was broken causing a huuuge puddle in the room with the electrical wiring laying in it. And since it was touching the metal bed frame, I thought my bed was one of those vibration beds at first. NOPE just pure electricity vibrations on the bed. Super classy :)! It’s an obviously drug slum. There’s tin foil everywhere on the ground outside. The parking lot has its own resident drug dealer. It’s all around one of the most shady places I’ve ever been.

I chose this hotel because it had a ton of 5 stars. I still wonder how they got those ratings. The office staff is good. The rooms are being renovated, and a lot of the parking lot debris is because of that. HOWEVER, the area, and some of the clientele that stay at the Hotel long term were a bit scary. I was up all night listening to an air conditioner that sounded like a motorcycle starting up.I'm hoping the outside of the Hotel (walkways to rooms) gets cleaned up after the renovation. It could be a 4 or 5 star when they are done- but it needs new air conditioners, and less creepy people in the parking lot all night.

I love that the property is being remodeled and that the room was clean. However, the people that were in the rooms around me were up all night long, stomping around their rooms above me, walking around outside having loud conversations, & smoking outside the area around my door at all hours of the night. I know that they can’t control what people do but having a security guard patrol the property would deter a lot of the activity that takes place there.
