Not so good.

Was told that the sofa bed was going to be ready made but it was not. Sheets were folded and placed on the sofa mattress and sheets were dirty with hair and buggers on them. Good thing we brought our own blankets. We got in late and did not want to wait for front desk. We covered the mattress and went to bed.

Very comfortable stay. The breakfast bar was AWESOME! Staff very friendly. Beds are comfortable and clean. Some ware and tear on the rooms carpets and around the shower. I saw a sign that says they have a Starbucks barista however I never saw one show up.

A little run down and a bit off the beaten path. Yet conveniently located and easy to access. Directly on final approach to Sky Harbor so lots of airliners landing or taking off overhead.

Overall our stay was nice. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and they kept it full right until closing time which we appreciated. The pool area was well kept (just like the pictures) but the "heated" pool was way too cold to swim in so we enjoyed the hot tub instead. The staff get 5 stars for friendliness and accommodating our room requests. The room itself was very clean but the hotel overall was a bit older and it showed in the worn furniture, body holes in the mattresses, etc. It's not the brand new posh feel, but was fine for our getaway. Location was central and easy to access Walmart, restaurants, freeway and more.

Nice clean hotel. Located within walking distance to Bass pro shop and a shopping center. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Hotel room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Pillows on the bed are small.
