Staff was great. Hate that non-balcony rooms have sealed windows. Heat/cooling control is always confusing. Some rooms have controls on both the under-window unit and the wall. Some just on the wall. Balcony door was very wonky and hard to unlock.

Continental breakfast staff was amazing great breakfast too. Front desk was helpful. Only downside is the bathrooms don’t have fans and the walls are super thin, so if you are staying in the room with a non family member you HEAR EVERYTHING!

Staff was very friendly. Great location, love carefree. I would have given five stars but room/bathroom could have been cleaner. Orange mold in shower along caulking and grout lines. I wiped up spilled water on the tile floor and the towel was black. Didn’t look like the floors had been wet mopped in a while. The young lady cleaning on my floor was very friendly, so I don’t want to get her in trouble. Maybe just a few cleaning tips is all that’s needed.
