There were roaches in the room, a remote but no TV. Gaps in doors, no coffee maker, old appliances, not clean. Could hear dog barking and people talking at all hours.Furniture was broken and damaged.

Don't do it.

The staff seem unhappy and reluctant to help, sometimes they weren't around at all. The water fountain and bottle fill station didn't work and they seemed not to care. The room was dingy, with burn holes in the couch.

Worst Hotel Ever

Worst decision ever! We checked in at 10pm and they gave us a room key so we went to our room and there was a person in it! They gave us a different room but downgraded us to a queen bed because they ran out of king beds which we paid extra to reserve. We went on to our new room and it smelled like paint and cigarettes, sheets were dirty, roaches in the tub, mildew under the kitchen sink. We would have left if we could but we had no choice. It was horrible. Had drug addicts just roaming around outside the building. Went in the hall way to exit that morning and there was dog poop on the floor. Then witnessed a customers dog going after some random person trying to bite him in the ankles which all occurred in the hallway. We also tried speaking to the receptionist in the morning about the room and she was very disrespectful it was a young lady and said it’s first come first serve no matter if we paid more to reserve she was absolutely rude through the whole conversation she was more concerned on just trying to ask if we wanted to check out then. Honestly worst experience, we were definitely ready to be out of there. We definitely do not recommend this place to anyone!

I had my itinerary but the hotel couldn’t find it so they wouldn’t check me in. This reservation took all my money so I slept in my car the night of the 13th went back on the 14th to try to check in again and again they couldn’t find my reservation so they wouldn’t check me in and get me a room. Horrible experience

Dirty and bugs

Counters, floors, chair and couch was very dirty. If someone just cleaned it would make a difference. Saw a bug and cockroach kill ed both. Wore shoes and did not use the kitchen. Like I said, they just do the bare minimum like change sheets and trash. Will not come back.

Meh

Close to everything we wanted to check out, but we had a broken shower and had to find other places to wash up. Very spacious but not very clean, carpets were not vacuumed We were told we'd be partially refunded but haven't seen anything yet. Would recommend for a quick, affordable trip but definitely make sure to check the room out before purchasing anything

Rundown Downtown Hotel

Very dated, run down property. The mattress was old and lumpy, the shower had no shampoo, the room was old and felt dirty. I slept with my clothes on. I get the feeling that this extended stay hotel is the last stop before you are homeless. The only positive was my check-in, very friendly girl. But other than that, will never go back.

We used the pull out mattress and it looked like it was run over by a truck. On the main bed there were burn holes in blankets. Really??

Hello, I am requesting a full refund for my recent hotel stay, as the room was completely unacceptable. It did not have the pull-out couch that was promised in the listing, forcing four of us to sleep on a single full-size bed. Additionally, the room had serious issues, including roaches, a bullet hole through the window curtain and wall, a malfunctioning shower, a wobbly toilet, and extremely dirty carpeting. This was far below any reasonable standard of accommodation

Just walking in… Was the smell when you get to your room, it slaps your face with a horrid smell and when we got to our room. It wasn’t even the room we reserved. As we further looked around our room, it smelt soo bad too, there was stains in the bed sheets, the couch looked like they picked up from a dumpster, saw a medical mask hanging on the closet where the ironing board was, that was also stained. The doors, even the fridge was dented, even the hallways in the building. Looked they were SWAT-ed. We just immediately left our room and the building and went to a much better and upgraded stay.

If you want a cheap, sketchy place to stay

This place was in rough shape. Clearly in a bad neighborhood. You could tell some of the doors had previously been kicked in. The floor in my room had a sticky substance on it and my shoes kept sticking to the floor in the kitchen area. The bathroom sink had hair in it, and the sofa had some sort of stain or goo all over it. The chair in the kitchen had food debris on it as well. The refrigerator had been vandalized, possibly with a key or a knife and had rusted on the front doors.

Good enough for one day stay, trust

Checking in was easy, the staff were friendly. But the room was filled with nasty old stains. The seating chairs, pull out bed, the bed and the bed sheets. Not only they were stained, the whole room was smelly and the bed was lumpy. The toilet seat was broken and the residents there, were arguing in the hallways. But the a/c was working well.

It’s cheap for a reason. We chose this spot because of location and didn’t know any better since we’ve never been to Phoenix. Looked for another hotel near by once we saw the property but everything was booked so we sucked it up and stayed. The lady at the front desk was nice. Our floor (3) literally smelled like fish all three days. Luckily our actual room didn’t stink but it definitely had that check the bed before getting in and dont walk around barefoot vibe. Lots of dogs on the property which is fine but the walls are very thin and if someone’s outside your door you’ll hear every bit of what they’re doing. Would not stay again but on the bright side we didn’t get murdered or mugged so that’s cool.
