I celebrate my husbands birthday and they were kind enough to make it special for him. Staff was super friendly and kind in everything. Room was super clean and beds were extremely comfortable. I would stay here next visit to the city!

I was very happy with my stay. Less than a 5 minute walk to Grand Central. Shopping in Herald Square. Many dining options. The room was small but VERY clean. The staff was incredibly friendly.

I was in NYC on business and had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pestana in Midtown. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Raynier with a warm smile that instantly made me feel welcome. In fact, every staff member I encountered during my stay was friendly, professional, and always ready with a smile. The rooms are cozy—just right for short business trips—and the balcony was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of meetings. It added such a nice touch to my stay. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Midtown, and I’ll definitely be looking out for Pestana properties in other cities and countries during future travels. Highly recommend!

Overall good experience, convenient location and clean room. The downside is that the elevator is a bit old and slow. Also the door is very close to the elevator so you can hear the sound of elevator every morning.
