Floors were dirty, toilet seat broken, blood on the pillow. Just felt really dirty and it felt very unsafe. We wouldn’t have stayed there if we weren’t so tired. The price was outrageous for what we got!

Room was not clean. Bed had a big dip in the middle. no place to hang clothes, Toilet paper holder not secured to the wall, freezer section in the refrigerator was frozen over and smelled. The staff was friendly.

So bad. The room was gross. There was a towel in a double room no wash cloths. People yelling out side. All night long. Awful pillows. The breakfast was so bad! The waffle iron looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. And the juice dispenser didn’t work. And to top it off someone’s able to open our door in our room while we were in there. Very unsettling while traveling with young kids.
