A gorgeous kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite counters & a butler pantry! 4 of the bedrooms come with private baths. The fabulous master suite has separate vanities. Relax on the patio by the outdoor firepit & BBQ. Perfect location to enjoy a round of golf, a Cardinals game, NASCAR race or Spring Training! An optional fee for the pool & spa heating during Non Summer months.

Owners are located just 20 minutes from the property and are available 24/7 via phone or text.

In the neighborhood you'll find convenient amenities such as playground parks, basketball court, a Frys grocery store, Target, Starbucks coffee shop and pharmacy stores are within a 5 minute commute. Less than 10 minutes away is The Main Event Bowling, Harkins Theatre, restaurants and shopping at Gateway Pavilion.

Disappointing Stay with Several Issues

We recently stayed at this Vrbo property and while we were excited about our trip we encountered several issues that affected our overall experience. The property was spacious and had sufficient space for our party.. The bedding is lacking and needing of updating pillows and towels.. Not an expensive fix.. First and foremost the carpets were noticeably dirty, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, we faced significant problems with the tubs in both the bunk bedroom and my bedroom in the front as they did not drain properly. This made for an inconvenient and uncomfortable stay.Upon our arrival we noticed that the pool was not clean which was disappointing especially since we were looking forward to enjoying it. Even though the pool guy came mid week to clean..We did not use the hot tub because we thought 100 degrees was not hot enough for us to use..Furthermore, the water dispenser was malfunctioning only dispensing hot water regardless of which side we used. Lastly the pool filter ran all night which was disruptive to the couple that stayed in the downstairs bedroom..We did appreciate that it did have a coffee maker and spacious kitchen..While the location had great potential these issues left us feeling dissatisfied with our stay. We hope the owner can address these concerns for future guests.

Spacious house but deep cleaning and updating needed!

Appreciated that coffee, soaps, paper goods and a free snack was provided. The five bedrooms and bathrooms was sufficient space. That being said, When we arrived the master bathroom counters were dirty. Bath towels are old and need replacing. The rugs are worn and dirty. No blow dryer was supplied as stated. Additionally, we were instructed to remove sheets at the end of our stay. I saw the most disgusting flat old pillows. Not exactly sure why I paid for a cleaning fee because it was not clean. Over priced for what I got. Would not recommend.

Annual football get away.

Location was great for proximity to the stadium. Place was clean Perfect for our 5 man group. Terri and Devin were gracious hosts and responded immediately to any of our texts especially when we had trouble with the main tv at 9 pm. Highly recommend

We have stayed at this house 3 times since 2020. It's our favorite! The owners are amazing and very responsive. Beautiful neighborhood and close to our favorite Costco. The pool and hot tub are amazing 😍 I can't say enough good things about the property and location. We will be back next year!

A great home but needs some tlc

A very spacious home- great for large groups. Terri and Devin were quick to answer our questions. The location is great and easy access. The house though in need of some tlc and a deep clean. A few more kitchen essentials would nice - ie/ cutlery set is for 8 and the house can accommodate 12-14 people. We had paid to heat the pool and found it wasn’t as warm as we thought it should be- and on day 3 discovered the gas valve wasn’t actually on. Contacted them and were told we would be refunded for 1 day and we are awaiting the refund. Overall a we had a great time - the mentioned issues didn’t ruin our stay but need to be addressed.

Would have been all 5 stars if it would have been cleaner

One bathroom had not been cleaned at all before arriving. We had to clean before family could even use. Needs a major cleaning all over! was really surprised that it wasn't cleaner when we arrived. The outside area needs weeds pulled and there is a broken bench that needs removed. Pool and hot tub worked great but they both need a hand rail installed. I rented for over 2 weeks and the size of the house was great for my group.

Great place but lots of room for improvement!

Overall our stay was great and we try not to complain about too many things as we are on holidays and just want to enjoy them but there is room for improvement with this property for sure. Pros… -Large house, huge Kitchen, great backyard, nice pool and spa. Cons -My wife and mother spent 2 hours cleaning when we got there, owner claimed he was going to fire cleaning company but we suspect they don’t even have one and just do themselves. We feel they just do the bedding and bathrooms. Faces of cabinets were dirty, light switches, floor had not been cleaned or vacuumed, etc. House needs a good deep clean. I looked behind TV for an HDMI connection and it was pretty bad. - Not enough cutlery for the amount of people it can hold. Short on dish clothes and towels. - Keurig was broken when we got there and owner knew but had not replaced. We bought our own and took it with us. - Barbecue is old and needs cleaning and drawer holding brushes etc was disgusting. - Had issues with pool and hot tub several times while there. Remote needed recharging but owner thought we wrecked it. - property is starting to show its age a bit and wore down a bit. - The yard wasn't quite as pictured. Palm trees missing from pictures. A little TLC is needed!

80th birthday party

Family gathering for a birthday party and golf trip. This house is very nice and there was plenty of room for 8 adults. Everything worked except for a couple of burned out bulbs. Convenient location off freeway and lots of things close to house. The only reason didn’t give 5 stars is that the house needs a good deep clean and carpets are quite worn and stained but after the hard times for a business like this during the pandemic years I realize they need time to make some money for improvements. We loved the neighborhood and there are great walking trails!! Thank you!! The heated pool and spa are well worth paying for!
