Didn't like how anyone could drive on the property and swim in resort pools, found beer cans, plastic shot glasses, loud and profane music late at night with no security even checking to see if everyone was a guess. Same with oasis waterpark, beer cans laying on side of swimming area, towels on chairs so you dont know if chairs are occupied or not, would give a solid 6 out of 10 stars

I really wanted to like this resort. We frequent the Fairmont princess in Scottsdale. But this one is closer to our home. The waterpark is decent. But I wish that we had known about the height restrictions for the waterslides as our five-year-old was very bummed that he couldn’t go down them like he can other hotels like the Fairmont. Truly, the watersides were the biggest reason why we chose this hotel. Given that the height restrictions are much lower at other hotels with waterslides nearby. I feel like they need to state the height requirements more clearly on their website. All the other pools are very small and outdated. The room and hotel was outdated, but the staff was very kind and gave him a birthday gift at check in, and sitting outside the lobby by the golf course was very nice.
