Unfortunately, a horrific rain storm storm battered the property shortly after I checked in. Andrew drove to my room as it started to pour. I just getting settled in when i heard dripping. Water was coming through my ceiling light, down the walls, soaking the carpeting and floors, dripping on the television and dresser. I called the front desk and notified a housekeeper two rooms away. I was promptly moved to a new room and the cable didn't work on either television. Fred came and said that it was isolated to only my room. The resort removed the room charge for the night. The staff were really kind, professional and did what they could under the circumstances. This is a beautiful resort. There is so much to do and the location to everything makes it a great place to stay. Mother nature's rain storm didn't squelch my visit. Phoenix needs the rain, so let it rain.

This place is just ok. Older building, needs a lot of work. Our fridge was leaking, our shower faucet wouldn’t stop dripping water when turned off. Stain on my bed sheets. The reason I chose this hotel was for the water slides for my kids, which were not operating both days/times we were there. Dining is limited and prices are outrageous. The groundskeepers work hard but we saw a lot of cleaning supplies just laying around the hotel grounds. Not sure I would choose this place again.

Toilet seat was not secured to base Without being told a $10 large party charge was added to our bill. We had a party of 7 with three separate checks so $10 was added to each check. Lipstick stains on some of the coffee cups. Had to ask for items twice (hot sauce, mimosa)

They had golf carts to help you get a round to local businesses. Park was slim picking the resort was very busy and they sale day passes to there water wish it was hotel guests only. Or later or before hour for guests. Room was big.
