Checking in and out of the room was extremely easy. Staff were friendly and the room was reasonably clean. The provided earbuds ended up being useful, because the street is very noisy outside. It was a bit hard to find at first because the online maps address led to a door around the corner. Overall good experience and location, especially for the price. Would stay again.

Full apartment experience downtown. There was a great grocery store in walking distance, parking in the garage a block away was always available.

There was no one onsite to greet you or to check you in. The room was in poor condition and I would NEVER stay at this location again. How it is rated an 8.8 is a complete mystery.

Such a deal!

I was a bit skeptical to find an entire apartment at such a great rate. It was the perfect way to see Philadelphia. It's a short walk to the City Hall & 15th Street subway station. We took a day trip to New York, and it was only one subway stop to the 30th Street train station. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Yes, it's loud at night. I'm not sure it would have been quiet anywhere else in the middle of Philadelphia. But they provided ear plugs and a white noise machine. Loved the convenience of having a washer & dryer.

This is right in the city and you can walk to everything. It’s clean and safe. The surrounding area outside is loud and dropping off luggage is difficult.

Great location. Getting a little run down but it was clean and had everything you need. We only had 2 towels for 4 guests but I opened the app and connected via chat and we had extra towels within the hour. Very safe location in a great part of the city. Parking no issue with spot hero app.

The room was very clean, functional, and comfortable and the location was very convenient to everything in Center City with easy walk to restaurants, transportation and cultural/historic sites. Due to the siting of the building/side street orientation there is not a lot of natural light inside rooms or public areas. Hallways feel a little worn.

The room was given to us late past check-in because cleaning wasn’t done. I’m not sure why as the space was not in great condition. They offered us late check-out and than forgot to give it to us so we were locked out of our rooms early on the day of check-out and had to deal with the hassles of getting re-programmed but no one was at the front desk so I had to do it via the chat. In addition to all this the room is a rip-off, it’s old and very poorly maintained. The carpets in the rooms are disgusting and the washrooms are deteriorating. You can see markings on the walls and bottoms of the base, the space, even though cleaned looks very dirty. No one came to tidy the room during our stay. This was a complete waste of money.

Fantastic location in the heart of the City. Every historic place in easy walk. Food outlets numerous in central area. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Ideal to explore Philadelphia. Suites are excellent
