This was a great place to stay in terms of location. Literally walking distance from food, pharmacies, shopping, and attractions. The room was clean enough. I noticed some stray hairs, the carpet looked a bit dirty etc. Really minor things. However the kitchen was stunning and fully equipped with appliances and silverware and pots. Kitchen was spotless. I recommend overall!

Good location for seeing the city. Easy locker system to use for storing luggage. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Front desk staff were helpful when there but were not always around when we needed assistance.

The parking is terrible - not easy to find. The room was not the cleanest - carpet was stained and the walls had lots of wear. Not the best but could be worse. Not sure if it was worth the price.

Great loacaton!!!!

We had a decent experience in this prime location apartment. There are minor adjustments that I recommend: the walls of the general area of 7th floor need a touch-up of paint, the exterior refrigerator, coffee table, nightstands in the unit showed signs of wear and tear.

Great space and in a fab location. It was the cleanest place we have stayed in our 4 weeks so far. It was a new experience for us having codes etc but they do have luggage storage which was a bonus Loved our stay here. Would use Sonder again and again

I really appreciated that your door code to the building works after you check out of the room. There are lockers for luggage and a club room with bathroom, kitchen and small office where you can work or hang out before leaving Philly.

While the staff was nice, do not book this apartment. It was like staying in a college dorm room - dirty, loud, and confusing. Every wall was scuffed, there was a literal hole in the dry wall by my nightstand; the bed didn’t even have a box spring, just laying on the floor. I’m not opposed to budget hotels, but the reviews, rating and especially the price were misleading.The app boasts their cleaning service which upon review is “not yet available”. The area is convenient but everything else would have me steer clear, I’m so disappointed.

I liked they there way a digital key so i didn't have to worry about a key card for entry to the hotel and my room but they never worked so I used the pin pad. This seems to be an issue they are aware of because when i told front desk they basically said "yeah that happens". When I was leaving one morning I double checked my room door and it had not and would not locked behind me, BAD. Had it been that way all night? There is no way for me to tell. There is no front desk phone so I had to go down to the lobby and they were able to lock it from there. The wifi did not work for me either, the number to call was a customer service number and I hung up after a minute on hold because it just didnt matter to me that much. I do like that there were free luggage lockers available for after check out but I had to go to multiple floors to find a proper sized locker that actually locked, most were occupied or broken. Those are my gripes, overall it was clean, the elevators were fast, the room was as pictured and its in convenient location.
