Our suite was really nice, but I think the furniture in our room and lobby needs to be updated, or cleaned. We had what looked likeblack mold on our bathroom air vent.

Sink in bathroom didn’t drain. A few time we actually had to wash our hands in the tub. Had someone with a barking dog next to us. Wasn’t even aware pets were allowed. They should try to have people with pets all in the same area/section of the hotel, or at least address a barking dog.

The was construction going on which is not objectionable. However, the morning of check out, someone power washed the immediate area and splashed our car with a grey liquid that I assume was cement dust mixed with water. Our entire car was covered in it on the passenger side. When I complained to the associate who checked us out of our room, all I got was a "so sorry." It would have been better customer service if they would have offered to pay for a car wash. The response I got was not convincing or very considerate. I probably will not stay here the next time we are in town.

Great hospitality at amen good price. Good location and decent breakfast included. Restaurants and fast food available nearby as well as amen walkable cinema to enjoy. Rooms have been nicely renovated with great bedding

We stayed here to be a close drive to the convention center. The room had a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and a few dressers to store your items, as well as a closet with an iron. The bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, lotion, conditioner, and body wash. The hotel provided free breakfast. The only thing that we did not enjoy was that the breakfast items were not kept warm. And since breakfast started at around 6/7 AM, if you went down at 10 AM, everything was cold.
