This property was centrally located. We were impressed with the quality of the complimentary breakfast. Our room had hard floors (no carpet) which I appreciate!

unprepared staff member

I had a terrible experience during my check-in. One of the staff members was completely unprepared, unable to solve a simple issue, and treated us very poorly. She was extremely rude. The problem, which was actually quite simple, was only resolved the next day by the manager. It was a very unpleasant and frustrating situation.

The free Wi-Fi is horrible. Can't connect to anything. Takes forever to load. Other than that everything is fine. Rooms are clean. Nice bathrooms. Clean linens so forth. Good location. Easy to get around

The hotel was very central to where we needed to go. The rooms are a bit small but nice. The breakfast was the same every day so needed to get creative with it. The staff was always very nice and attentive.

The hotel was okay. The rooms are old, with broken down window coverings, refrigerators, etc. no towels in our room when we checked in and holes in the sheets. Room key stopped working before check out and maintenance had to open the door despite room card being reactivated. Had to wait a while for the desk clerk to get off her cell phone in order to ask for help Geri g into our room. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Toilet bowl is a little bit dirty. Two times of requests for changing pillows to be non-feathered based, the staff still didn’t get the right ones. At the end, from the pillows being given, we found one pillow is non-feather based, so we used one pillow only. The area around the hotel seems not very pleasant, a few people are on the street appear strange or homeless.

Nice location. Toilet didn’t flush well at all. We mentioned it to the housekeeper, but it wasn’t fixed the next day. Our room was by the elevators, and it was very noisy. I didn’t have good sleep for 2 nights.
