We loved our stay - every staff interaction was excellent and the location in my opinion was unbeatable. We will definitely use this hotel again when we visit Perth. Included breakfast was delicious and staff amazing
Great location, 20 seconds walk to the CBD and main train station. The room is clean and tidy, and got a view.
The air con is loud and direction not adjustable. The bed got a small dirty spot. The sofa is saggy and adjustable shower tap can be better.
Given the great location and other small negative points, I would give the hotel a 4 star rating.

Really great location. 100m from the train station and very central. Aircon is a bit loud so might bother some people. The water pressure in the shower was the worst i have ever experienced. If you love showers i don’t recommend staying here because it was so bad we struggled washing our hair, and we were literally touching the wall standing under the water. Other than that it is a great hotel.
Honestly, to say this was advertised as a Deluxe 2 Bed Apartment it definitely wasn't and looked and felt very tired. The carpets were thread-bare and the upholstered headboard on the double bed had marker pen marks where the upholstery buttons would be positioned; We were 3 adults, a married couple and their adult son requiring his own space. On arrival the couch bed in the living space was opened and set as a double bed and through to the second open space was a double bed (he said very uncomfortable) and a single bed in our space, which was placed in front of the wardrobe and hanging space so this had to be moved to access clothes etc (Not sure why this was there anyway - it wasn't requested), so now there was sleeping set up for 5 persons. Although well equipped generally there was insufficient toilet paper for 3 people for 3 nights (2 and one of the toilet roll holders was already broken / left on the side - we had opted for no housekeeping so wouldn't receive any additional daily items thus we had to go to reception to request toilet paper; not ideal). Both the hand/body wash bottles at the sink and shower areas had run out. There was a coffee machine available, but we were unable to make it work and there were no instructions for it. Reception staff were fine and friendly. The room instructions suggested emptying our rubbish down a waste chute (which we could not find and there were no instructions as to where this was - housekeeping staff said leave it outside !!).
The location is excellent being in the heart of the city. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The rooms need updating, particularly the air-conditioning which is noisy . Having said that we enjoyed our stay there . The rooms were spacious but on some levels not well thought out. For example in the room we had we couldnt get the suitcase between the bed and the corner of the wall to get to the wardrobe. We had to lift them over the corner of the bed.
