Penrith luxury accommodation

Great customer service. I have asked if room could be available before agreed time and Hotel staff was awesome to help me with that request.

I thought the staff were very friendly and.check in was so quick would definetly stay again. Great food options however in sydney for family gathering so didnt have opportunity to eat there.

Good location, comfortable bed and a good hot shower with good water pressure and nice soaps.

Spacious, lovely apartment in quiet, green surroundings. Home away from home. There is a beautiful waterfall walk to a great bookshop, bakery, gift shop at Wentworth Falls itself. Reception staff went out of their way, five stars.

Property was pretty clean. Most of the front desk staff were really friendly and accommodating. Woolies is a 7 minute walk away. Breakfast was a little high in preserved meats, but had a decent spread and filled our stomachs every morning. One area of improvement would be the Wifi though, it was kind of intermittent and not very fast.
