This our fourth stay at the Pullman Sydney Penrith. This is now our 1st choice when visiting family and friends in the area. It is convenient, has a lovely cafe and restaurant and well situated. The staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel

Hotel was an excellent choice the welcome drink on arrival as a lovely. Reception staff made us feel welcome. The hotel is right across from Penrith panthers a very interesting place to visit. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel the breakfast was truly exceptional

Great place to stay. Straight across the road from the Penrith Panthers League club and oval. Lovely breakfast. Staff were friendly. Katie in the breakfast area was helpful and remembered our names the next day.

New hotel with large clean rooms. Good undercover parking and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Room service was very hit-and-miss. We stayed for 8 nights, and the tea and coffee were rarely replaced & when it was we were only provided with two satchets per day. On one day the rubbish wasn't emptied, and the pillow left without a slip. On another occasion we were left with only one towel. Overall a very comfortable stay, just disappointed with the room servicing.
