Wonderful hotel in Pattaya. It has all the basic amenities and more. The front desk was very very helpful. Bambyi and Kimmy we’re extremely wonderful and I’m so happy that Holiday Inn express hired two wonderful employees like them. They always give you service with a smile. The hotel staff was wonderful. My cleaning staff was extremely patient and friendly. Every day I came back to a very clean room. The hotel always smells very very nice. They’re wonderful food and restaurants nearby. I truly enjoy enjoying my stay over here. And I will definitely come back and stay here again. I’m sure if you give this hotel a chance you will definitely enjoy it.

This is a hotel to where I will return. Best breakfast and condition of room during my trip. Only I would like to avoid Pattaya, but every trip in Thailand one or two days there and here to stay if it is not full= expensive.

Been here at least 4 or 5 times. Room are clean, staff are always friendly and helpful. Just a feedback, is time to replace the bed. You can feel body sink down the moment lying on the bed. Other than this, i do enjoy my stay.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and attentive and breakfast had a nice variety to choose from, the omelets were delicious. And the location is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Pattaya.

Fantastic hotel, in the middle of the very busy Soi Bukow, near to noisy bars and traffic but I didn’t hear any noise in my room. It has a compact swimming pool with loungers, so you may not find a free seat. The breakfast didn’t have many traditional English options but there are lots of other choices. The room was compact and the bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep.
