I had an amazing experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. I was traveling by myself, and the welcoming atmosphere made it a perfect stay. The rooms have been beautifully refurbished, and both the room and the overall facilities were spotless throughout my visit. The pool area remains a major highlight—it is absolutely outstanding. A huge shout-out to Jacob the bartender for being so friendly and making me feel right at home while I was grabbing a drink! The entire staff was amazing and truly attentive. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Staff was excellent, gym was nice enough for a hotel, pool was enjoyable but both the breakfast and the food at the cafe were terrible considering the expectation and price. The morning coffee was absolutely awful. Unless there was a huge discount, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Really nice pool and activities all the time. Location is great. The rooms are newly remodeled. They had music and movies in the room. Staff was super nice. My only complaints were thr internet connection was touchy and the rooms for my taste are small.

We were disappointed with the room this was the worst room we have been given 303 We are coming back in June for Armalina birthday hope to get a lot better room. But as always the staff are fantastic breakfast was really nice as usual hotel very clean
