The room was satisfactory overall. However, I booked the room for two adults and one child, and the bunk bed was not prepared upon arrival. The air conditioning system was automatic and could only be adjusted up to 22°C; nevertheless, it turned on too late in the morning, resulting in an uncomfortably cold room.
The bathroom layout was inconvenient: the sink, without any counter space, was located in the room itself; the toilet was extremely small, similar to an airplane bathroom, and although the shower was separate, it was also very small.
The hotel is well located for guests visiting Disneyland, as the train station is conveniently situated next to the reception area.
An important aspect to highlight is the staff service. Unless specifically asked, no information is provided, not even regarding breakfast hours. Guests are simply given the room key and informed of the floor number.
The hotel offers a 24-hour refreshment service; however, guests are required to go down to the reception, as orders are not taken by phone.
Overall, I believe there should be a higher level of hospitality from the staff, as well as more attention given to clearly explaining the services available to guests.
The hotel provides amenities such as a foosball table, board games, and a children’s play area; however, no explanation was given on how to access or use these facilities.
