I liked nothing about this property. It is way too expensive and not kept clean and not quiet. The front desk reception is not well trained and they are not focused on customer service. Go book a hotel that is a well established chain instead. When we entered the room the first time, we found hair on the bed and decided to change the sheets ourselves. After reading through the reviews, I realize I am not the first one to report this. The cleaner was nice and did provide all the sheets I requested, but my complaint is that the sheets were not changed in the first place. If you plan to stay, I really recommend checking your sheets when you check in.... The second night we stayed there was fete de la music and there was a band inside the hotel. We didn't mind that as the music stopped sharply at 11pm. It turns out that was not the only band that night. There is a restaurant in the same building as the rooms, and supposedly this is not owned by the hotel. In any case, our room was right above the restaurant and that night they rented this place out to a wedding. At midnight, when the speakers were still blasting, I went down to request the hotel to stop the blaring and instead the front desk receptionist, Martial, was arguing with me why I should not stop a once in a lifetime wedding of someone who happened to rent a restaurant that is right below rooms where families with kids are supposed to sleep!! I had to go another time at 1am to complain again B4 blaring stopped

This property was very clean and family friendly. The morning buffet was very accommodating to most diet restrictions and alwsys refreshed with more food when running low. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom had a towel warmer which made it easy with drying them for a oarge group using same bathroom. The only complaint would be they don’t offer a fridge or thin bedsheets for cooler sleeping. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay with such a nice staff.

Great hotel for families.

This was a great hotel for our family. It is located within walking distance of public transportation, the Eiffel Tour and the Beaugrenelle. My children enjoyed the arcade games in the lobby. I also appreciated that you could order pizza in the lobby and have water bottles filled. We also made use of the laundry facilities. Because the hotel caters to families and larger groups, it does get rather loud and there was really quiet during sleeping time. Just an FYI if you are a light sleeper.

Very good. Some of the arcade games weren’t working and it was a little hot the first night but the staff was extremely helpful and very unique place to stay. It was very close to the Eiffel Tower and Lafayette mall. I would stay here again with my kids.

We like the location being in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The bunk beds were great for the kids. An area to improve is the air conditioning. It was very hot out and the air conditioning did not cool off the room.

Money wasted

Rooms are VERY, VERY small!!! If you’re taking your family, plus luggage you will need to practice to step on top of each other first. Breakfast is very limited, and the place is dirty. The amenities shown on the pictures are not worth the money. Plus, not all the arcade games are functioning. The other fact, you need to consider is that the place is in a not very good spot.

This property was within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower -which was why we chose it. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. The room-although small, was clean and well maintained. The property has a PacMan theme and has a lot to offer for kids. We were a party of six adults and were there for the convenience so the children did not bother us as we weren’t at the hotel much.

Location is 15-20 minute walk from the tower. Only one functioning elevator during our weekend stay. Toilet Door is broken we were ask to use toilet downstairs (note: only one elevator is working) ended up giving us a toilet of one of the rooms on the level that we are staying. Sink is clogged! So many problems! But the staff were great!
