THE ROOMS LOOK NOTHING LIKE PICS…Totally catfished with booking this resort. Not only are the rooms dated and filthy. Halls, elevators are just as bad and cleaning crew does not change sheets at all and towels were stained, fridge beyond dirty so never touched the items in it. The outside property is prestige but I think that’s because Panamá is extremely clean (I’m sure there is some law)except for the ghettos which is obviously and sad by design to insulate the people. Food for all inclusive was terrible. We ate out a lot more than expected. The saving grace was the restaurant staff which was nice but you could tell even they knew food was bad. I really think Expedia should remove them until they do proper renovations and clean up because DREAMS in Panama is misrepresenting their resort. Expensive but should be Motel 6 prices and clearly the people booking this are not rating this resort.

Restaurant staff and front desk were amazing! They helped with all questions we had and made our 3.5 year olds trip memorable. Ordering drinks was difficult as there were so many people just yelling and surrounding the area. Language barrier was sometimes difficult with drinks but bartenders were friendly. Room service was great and timely. Housekeeping was great as well and extremely friendly.

Food is limited choices, There are dress codes for the men so make sure you pack close toe shoes and pants or they will not let you eat. Not all restaurants are open every day. Weddings made restaurants busy long waits and they ran out of some food one of the nights so our choices were limited. Activities you can not just do they are planned at certain times and have to do them with a bunch of others.

Excellent service, good even more so. The property is clean, however the chairs and curtains show their age in a major way. Staff are friendly and every interaction was pleasant. We would definitely return to this resort.

I had a wonderful time. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant. I learned upon arrival that December is very festive for them all month, which also means traffic increases as well so be mindful when planning to get from one place to another. The rooms are decent. I didn't have any of the issues other reviews stated, except for mold spots on the walls. At night, by day 3/5, I did have a slight cough. They should hire a company to clean the hotel room walls. The pools were fine and spacious. I am unsure which pool was the "Adults only" pool, as it seemed people of all ages were in all of the pools. Breakfast was a normal resort breakfast with decent options. The restaurant options at night were French, Italian, seafood and the buffet; no reservations needed. I tried all but the buffet. I enjoyed all of the selections at all three. You have to select what really appeals to you and more than likely, you will enjoy your dish. The bartenders were amazing and the drinks were not light, but not heavy. The evening activities were fun and engaging. All of the staff were so lovely. Water bottles are always restocked in the morning, Room service always arrived at the given time of 45 minutes, which was great! Alcohol is free to stock as well, but because I don't drink as much I didn't utilize that although it was a great option. I am not opposed to returning to this resort.

Room was clean with good air conditioning. Bed was big and comfortable. Quiet. Housekeeping was slow and often didn’t arrive til after 5pm which coincided with when we came back to room to prepare for dinner. Topping up of minibar was inconsistent. Restaurant choice ok but would get monotonous if staying more than a week. Booked preferred room but was not worth it for lounge. Allowed acces to another pool but unclear whether this access was policed. Hotel was nowhere near fall when we were there but would feel overcrowded at full occupancy. Main pool has very loud music playing 9-5. Mainly 70s and 80s hits.
