We arrived at 9:40pm. The desk attendant said they were way understaffed today and it room wasn't ready yet. She needed to go finish getting it ready. We got in our room at 10pm. We had 3 beds. 1 didn't have a sheet. One had a badly stained sheet. The front desk person gave me new sheets and I got the beds made/remade. When we were loading our cooler in the morning, all our food was frozen solid... fruit, veggies, eggs... all had to be tossed.
