Harbour hotels are looking a bit tired in places. Old buildings are hard to maintain but still need to look good. Breakfast could have been warmer too I’m afraid. Waiting staff very pleasant and attentive.

Great location - just a short stroll down to the water and the village centre. In saying this, Padstow isn't a big place. Parking was easy. Room was quite compact, but well decorated. This is a pretty hotel - crisp and clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. Afternoon drinks looking out over the River Camel were nice, with the help of a very personable barman. We stayed one night as part of a month long self drive trip around the UK. We had the Continental Breakfast included (not our personal favourite) which was okay. I would stay at this hotel again.

The ambience was beautiful and the staff outstanding. WORST room in the entire hotel!! Booked a garden room but there was NONE available when we arrived? I paid extra for garden room. The noise of wedding venue and the store room OPPOSITE ongoing until 12 - 12.30. SHOUD NOT have sold this room for £202.00

The hotel stuff was unfriendly and not welcoming well. The furnitures , chairs were dirty and very old. So disapponting, I was in another Harbour hotel is Southampton and London and there was quality the services, furnitures too! The breakfast was poor not too much chooise. Do not recommend to stay there. Also no gym and no spa basicly just the room which it was so small as well. We regret to stayed there.

Nicely decorated room, spacious, great view. Breakfast choice was good. Very helpful having parking on site and location was good - walkable to everything. Wardrobe space is limited and there is no air com so on a hot night, it’ll be difficult to keep cool.

We were on the third floor at the front there was little noise at night, but we had a lovely stay didn’t realise the Sunday roasts was not all day was really looking forward to it at 7pm, It was nice to relax in the garden with lovely views of Padstow. It would be nice to have air conditioning and heating on a control board.

No towels in room No sound proofing

Check that your room has towels before you get in the shower. Do not expect the receptionist who answers your call to be understanding, polite or helpful in any way. My room was really noisy - could hear the noise from the docks at 3am and my daughter could hear me sneezing even though her room was on a different floor to mine. Very very disappointing.

Excellent stay - loved it!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Probably the comfiest and biggest bed I've ever slept in! Spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast is just great and the staff are lovely. Only downside is the charge for parking but I think that's par for the course in Padstow!

The stay was good although there was a crack in the window pain and this was letting cold aor in. There was alao a leaking pipe on the carpet area. The hotel did guve us a £50 goodwill refund

The place was lovely. We choose it as it was a dog friendly hotel. What were however disappointed that we couldn't use the bar or restaurant with the dog. There was an adjoining room for us which made you feel isolated.
