The hotel is well located to transportation as well as walking distance to the palaces that are highlights in Seoul. Staff and service were good. My only negative comment was having paper ups for tea and coffee in the room. They were hot to hold and difficult to reuse. A hotel of this caliber should have higher quality cups.

First noticed the smooth elevator. The staff was really considerate. We enjoyed the room. It had great view and amenities, like Dyson hair curler. The room can by controlled by a tablet. We also were given free drinks at the roof top bar. The hotel elevator will take you down to the subway.

We stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed it very much. The property was beautiful, room was spacious and conveniently located. The staff was wonderful especially Sumitomo-san. My husband needed medical attention while we were there and she patiently helped us locate an English speaking clinic nearby. She saw us a few days later and remembered us and asked how he was feeling. Everyone was great but she stood out because of this. Thank you! We will definitely stay here again. The tooftop bar was beautiful too. 5 stars all around!
