The room we reserved, a king studio, ended up having a handicap restroom but was not advertised to. First floor room had a gap in the curtains we had to use an item/placeholder to hold shut. There were stains on the towels and pictures were photoshopped to appear newer than the room actually was. Decent stay, but misleading advertising.

Luke warm water in room x 3 days Previous underwear of guest found under bed after serviced by housekeeping. Heat and AC were ok. Breakfast service was excellent!! Shuttle Service did not occur due to being full. We didn’t realize that the shuttle is contracted and not apart of the hotel. Didn’t realize you had to go between hotels in Marriott Village to obtain some services (lunch and dinner). If we should make it back to Orlando, our hotel choice would be different. Pretty disappointing for a Marriott Owned hotel.

Great stay! We have stayed here before and love the hotel and option to use other amenities on the property. The kids love the three pools. They also completed the scavenger hunt and got a sweet treat after dinner. One complaint this time was I received a $5 dining credit with the resort fee however the restaurant was closed so I was unable to actually use the offer. I was disappointed as that's what I was hoping to have for dinner and then had to figured out somewhere to eat offsite. The morning breakfast was great with a variety of options.

We booked a room for two nights. At the time of checking in, the front desk staff asked me whether we need parking. I told him we don’t have a car. Breakfast was good, selection was decent. Love how everyone is friendly. Our room has problem with no hot water in our shower, they are very nice to tried to fixed it and asked us if we like to get a new room and offer to help move our stuff, but we just don’t have any energy to move. Nonetheless will stay there again.

Cons- The room needs to be update, discomfort and very used mattress, a/c noisy and old dated furniture. We stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast food always was the same.
