Hotel was great we liked how breakfast was included and pool was heated. Our only issue was the bed was way over due to be replaced. When we pulled the sheets back you could see the sinking of the mattress it was very uncomfortable but it was just one night. Informed front desk upon check out. Would try this hotel again for the amenities and closeness of other attractions.

I'll start with what was good. * Access to all 3 hotels and pools * Bed was comfortable * Location to Disney and other places Now I'll give the bad and why I would never stay here again. * $25 daily parking. Come back to hotel after parks at 10:00 pm. And couldn't find any parking. If I am paying $25 dollars a day on top of what I already paid, I expect a parking space within reasonable location close to my room. I ended up parking on the other side of the hotel and had to walk a great distance. Also, the door that we had to enter was left open a couple times because the handle is broken. It doesn't shut the right way. I have pictures if you would like to see. ALL of the ice machines on the third floor were not working so I had to walk to the second or fourth floor to get ice, that wasn't fun at all. Also the blankets that were left for us to use were as thin as paper. I called down to the front desk for another blanket, they said they would bring it up. I called at 10:30, at 12 I ended up going to the front desk to get it myself. Then the next night we had to do the same thing because house keeping came in and took all the extra blankets. Same thing we called and asked, ended up getting it ourselves because it was taking longer than an hour and a half. The pull out couch was an absolute nightmare. It was so thin and outdated that all it did all night was make noise and keep everyone up. more to say but it won't let me type anymore 😞

Family fun/tournament at Convention Center

The hotel is in a great location. Close to attractions and many restaurants. We selected a suite that slept 6. The beds are full not queens so if you’re a tall and bigger person it will be cramped especially for 2 adults. Also the pull out sofa mattress was horribly uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. I know they’re not comfortable but my 12 yr old granddaughter ended up sleeping with me in a double bed. The pool was nice. Kids enjoyed it!! Breakfast was ok but basically the same choices every day. We still appreciate having a free breakfast! The Mickey Mouse waffles were cute! The hotel was clean, convenient and reasonably priced even with paying the extra parking fees. We would stay there again even with the couple of minor things we weren’t totally pleased with!
