Staff was rude and refused to honor anything that the app said, bed sheets were dirty, and they didnt change them for us, the room was dirty and smelled funny. AC wasnt working for neither of the rooms because it was so hot in there.

First, I arrived to the hotel earlier than the check in time and they wouldnt even talk to me. They told me to come back at 4pm. The tone was not friendly. When I finally checked in and went to the room, although it seemed ok at first, I saw tiny roaches running around on top of the desk and also where the coffee machine was. I killed at least 10 of them. I stayed 2 nights. They did not make the beds. They only clean the room and make the beds every 3 days!!! It's horrible. The last thing you should know is that they charge you $10 per day for parking. I will not be going back there.

Booked at this property but received a call that we were being moved to another Rosen property 10 minutes away. The room was old, the bathroom smelled really musty and on top of it all they wanted to charge us extra for a rollaway bed though we booked for 5. I’m allergic to mold so it was a rough night. It was late so we were limited in options for cancellation or finding a different last minute hotel given it was the day after Christmas. Would never book a Rosen property again. Plus the location is awful traffic wise it was next to impossible to turn left out of the lot.

After staying in 4 different Rosen locations, this one by far need the review. The bathroom is really small, hard to bathe my kid. The breakfast is dine in only.
