I was not satisfied with the breakfast. they served the same thing every day. I specifically picked that hotel because of the breakfast and I did not get to eat at all because there was nothing there that I wanted, not enough varieties, and the servers were rude.

For the price this was perfect. I was in town for one night with 15 and 12 year olds. Picked this hotel because of the fact there is a 24 arcade in the parking lot. We came in to town around 8pm a wanted something for the kids to do. Hotel was very clean and recently updated. Great location for those doing Universal or Sea World. Biggest downfall for me was the window unit AC. They tend to be loud. I would suggest splurging on the North tower club level if you plan on staying a few days

The cons: I didn’t like that the rooms were not connected to the main hotel. The TV reception was not good. Unfortunately, the hotel WiFi didn’t allow streaming so you had to watch TV with bad reception and minimal channels. The breakfast was ok. There were not meat options. They should have two toasters for the waffle, bread, and English muffins. The pros: The beds were comfortable. They were work quickly to fix the sink drain that was clogged. They rooms have a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel is near tow gift shops that you can get souvenirs and snack. There is an arcade nearby for entertainment. Overall the room was decent.

We had a suite with city view which was beautiful, spacious and clean. There were however a few problems, the mattress was way to hard for both me and my wife. Also they didn't have any blankets/ comforters and it wasn't particularly warm. The breakfast offering was the worse Ive ever had no sausage or bacon

Pros-rooms are recently remodeled and very nice/clean. Better that most places we have stayed in the area. Staff was nice and generally helpful during the stay. Cons: parking was a nightmare. Before 10pm every space was full and no solution was offered except to park in the fire lane. AC in the room is a large window unit style and was loud and didn’t cool well.

The bedroom was clean and decent but loud A/C. Probably the lamest continental breakfast I’ve ever seen since COVID. The lake view was nice though . So a mixed bag but definitely not great. Do not get your hopes up. The desk service was good too and parking is free.

The room was clean on arrival. Cleaning of room was only ever 3rd day which was okay but not great. Parking was a bit of a chore but we always managed to find a spot. Breakfast could be nicer. The only protein was hard boiled eggs. The rest was a mix of carbs, coffee, fruit and juice.
