The room had small flying insects. I called the hotel management and they didn’t do anything, 99 percent of the staff didn’t understand English. Was a horrible experience, I actually left earlier than expected. Use to be my family's favorite place unfortunately not anymore.

Room was clean, good house keeping service, great tv channels selection, great location. What really bothered me is the hotel doesn't receive packages, we had made purchases from black friday, lost all the deals, that is the first time that happens to me in a hotel in Orlando, very disappointed.
