First off, check-in was a little sketchy, but I'll to the big story in a minute... I walked in, the lobby appeared clean. The man who checked us in seemed friendly, but he wrote down my debit card number and my address, which seemed odd. Upon questioning him about it, he said it waa in case we left anything in the room. Still seemed odd, but again, ill het to that again in a minute.
Our first impreasion of the room was nice. It was clean and the beds were soft. The room couldn't keep a good temp, either too hot or too cold, but not a huge deal.
The next day, we were out enjouing our day when I got a notification from my bank for a charge at wingstop. We definitely hadnt visited wingstop, so I opened up my bank app and also saw charges for Dick's sporting goods for almost $300. I definitely did not purchase anything there either. Weird thing is, the hotel is the only place I used that particular card. I call my bank to have them put a block on my card. Then within the hour I was getting notifications that my card was being declined multiple times for Uber. Whoever stole my card number was trying to get an uber using my card. I hope he had to walk.back from wingstop. 🙄 We only had one more night so i decided to wait til checkout to say something.
The next morning we went to the included breakfast. The breakfast was OK. On our way back to the room, room 108 was dumping a cockroach out of a cup outside. Yup, time to leave!
