Not far from universal studios. Good value of the room. Laundry room requires a key to open but also not 24 hours like advertised. Would stay here again. Also near dining options.

Early check in was not until 2pm even though the parking lot was empty and no one was in sight, the pool was dirty, rooms were outdated and not as pictured, our stovetop didn’t work but even if it did there’s no pots and pans or cultery so it didn’t matter either way. No room service (you have to clean your room yourself and they don’t give you fresh towels you have to go get them yourself) The only smooth process was checking out.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever done stayed in. There was cheese scattered on the stove when I got to my room. Almost like the cleaners totally skipped cleaning the kitchen area. NAST. There were straight up stains on my sheets, almost like all they did from the last visitor is make the bed and called it a day. NAST. You ever seen Cheez-it crumbs? Good, because that's what the towels were seemingly filled with. NAST. You Getto what you pay for and this place was........ NAST. "Suburban studios hotel" MORE LIKE "Suburban NAST hotel." Wish this was a joke, but a bruthas got pictures to prove it. God Bless you all. (especially if you choose to stay at this hotel.)

People were doing illegal activities outside the door. The room was nothing like the picture. The curtain had mold on it. The floor was gross, the bedding was dirty and outdated. Stayed there 1 night, only because we had to. Went to the front desk, the lady was very rude. Look on there website before you stay there. I paid for 5 days only stayed 1 night and only got refunded 2 nights. Complete ripoff!! I am turning them into the health department. I took pictures!!

our reservation was for a king and when we arrived they booked us a 2 full and when i went back to alert front desk and they told me they have given all kings away and on top of the wrong room the ac was not dispensing cold air while being set at 60

This place is not a resort but have resort fees this place doesn’t have housekeeping u have to go to front desk for towels and rags and clean your own room the lady at the front desk was very rude and the hotel needs work and the ice machine wasn’t working for 8 days during my entire stay and it was hot those days and I never seen anyone clean the pool

Its ok

Pretty much what other similar (days inn) offer. Bummer that they “do not clean rooms” for stays under 6 days, even though we stayed 6 nights.. so for 6 days we couldnt get new bed sheets.. towels the same, but you have to pick em in the reception for replacement.. bed sheets had stain marks (seriously?) room was ok, AC working as intended as well as bathroom and electric stove.

The property was ok. Clean. The 1st night the staff was great. The 2nd day we tried to use the hot plate, stove top. I called the front desk and the lady told me I needed to put a pot on it to work. She also told me there was nobody to fix it, till that evening. It came on but went back off and nobody came that evening to fix it. The ice machine did not work. I had to buy ice.
