Great stay at orobit one. Easy to check in, and very large and comfortable unit with a big balcony. Free parking. Very close to disney. Staff was very friendly (gentleman who closed the pool friday sept 19 in particilar was excellent). Grounds were clean and had alot of amenities. Great deal !

We like this hotel, this is our fourth stay here. On this visit the hotel is going through major refurbishments. There are four separate blocks of rooms, we were in a newly renovated block. Nicely done

Mostly quiet except construction started up early on a Monday morning (our only day to sleep in during our stay). Felt like a safe area. Not very busy during our stay. Close to parks. Parking was close to room. No elevators though. Our room was older but still nice. Large rooms and full kitchen was nice! Didn’t use the pool- I wish it was open until 11 so we could’ve put our tired legs/feet in there after getting back from the parks at night. I’d stay here again

Awful!

Bait & switch - the unit I was assigned looked nothing like any of the photos. Instead of new & modern i got old, in need of repair/renovation, and dirty. Management was notified of stained linens dirty floors, and no hot water in shower - they sent housekeeping who remade my bed with the stained linens - no floor clean, no maintenance for water. The only good thing was kind front desk staff upon check in and out - which unfortunately doesn’t make up for the rest.
Tub/shower in master bath was in poor shape
