I loved our stay I actually felt like there was enough room to move freely around in our room. The area was very cal and quiet no loud stopping or any noise issue with the neighboring guest. Staff was very nice as well.

The room was very clean. Staff at Orbit One were very helpful and courteous. Slight issue was trying to get off the phone with women trying to get us to commit to time share presentation. Grounds were very pleasant and well kept. Overall very nice stay for 3 nights. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Dear Orbit One Vacation Villas Team, Thank you for your message. 
However, I must express my deep disappointment with the way my recent situation was handled. I consider it truly unacceptable and extremely unprofessional that you refused the refund for a reservation clearly made in error — an issue that I reported immediately through Expedia. I contacted your property at the exact moment the reservation was created, and even with the active support from Expedia, my request was denied in a surprisingly cold and dismissive manner. This regrettable and utterly inconsiderate handling of the case reflects an actitud descarada that no guest should experience, especially when the circumstances were reported instantly and in good faith. For these reasons, I will certainly not be leaving a positive review, and I believe other travelers deserve to know how situations like this are managed. Sincerely,

Stayed 11 days, they were always great about replenishing all amenities as we ran out, pool was heated, went during a cold snap, there was a furnace which was great. Unit was awesome, not our first time staying here, never disapoints.

The villa we were give was not the room show in the pictures. The villa we received was tired and the furnishings especially the living room set was grimy and outdated. The bedroom in master only had one end table, we ended up using a kitchen chair as a makeshift end table. The heating system was not able to heat the unit. 60 degrees was the best it could accomplish during our 5 day stay. The villa was very clean. The staff did not provide much on there promises at check in. We did an early check in 1pm and they promised they would reach out to us as soon as a villa was available. We reached out a few times via text message and keep getting they were working on it. Finally we stopped in to the front desk around 5ish and they had a room ready….. but never let us know. We keep getting messages though out our stay that they were there to help us with what ever we needed but felt this was just a AI thing and that there was no reason to respond as we felt they staff would do nothing.
