By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We had to make a late, last minute reservation as our original plans didn’t pan out. When we arrived to check-in, after 11pm, their front gate was closed and we rang the bell for about 10 minutes with no answer. I had to get out and walk to their lobby to find a phone number posted for a security guard. After calling and explaining the situation, the very clueless staff proceeded to tell me that there were “no rooms available” and “no housekeeping to clean the dirty rooms they had”. I said, well how could my reservation through expedia allow me to book if there are no rooms available? I was answered with “well expedia is going to let you do that but we have no rooms”. Once asking for a manager or someone to escalate this with I was told “I don’t have that number with me but give me a minute” and then they hung up the phone. The whole situation is completely unbelievably, but what’s worse is that I am fighting for a refund that they are refusing to grant me. Stay far away from here.
