I recently stayed at the Hyatt and had a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional customer service from George at the front desk. When one of my two reservations didn’t show up properly, George went above and beyond to resolve the issue efficiently and with a great attitude. He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. What really stood out was that George remembered me when I walked in again later, a small but thoughtful detail that made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. He also introduced me to the Hyatt rewards program with an excellent and well-explained upsell that made joining an easy decision. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just a short distance from Universal Studios, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The free breakfast was also a highlight. Overall, this was a smooth, enjoyable stay made even better by great staff and service. Thank you again to George for turning a potential hassle into a positive experience!

Clean, quiet hotel with a free breakfast and free shuttle to Universal. AC unit was a bit loud, but makes a good white noise machine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar closes early-10 pm.

Convenient location. Clean room. Good price. The people running the breakfast show where pleasant and kind. Although oatmeal was on the list of items for breakfast, I had to ask for a serving every morning so that made me think that it wasn't something they wanted to put out if they didn't have to. They were nice about it and got me a serving and they didn't seem like the type to spit in my oatmeal for requesting some each morning so here's hoping I was right.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good every morning a lot to choose from. We used the pool area in the evenings to just relax. Really close to Universal park we just walked there. We had a great stay.

Great location. Very close to park. Staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Extra shout out to the hotel maid staff. We always stay at the double tree, they were sold out so we stayed here instead and honestly I think we are going to stay here from now on instead. Just as close walkable distance from universal (it is a far walk if you have small kids or older people but we do it with the ten year old and she is fine) their pool is a little smaller than double tree I think but not enough that it matters. The room was amazing it’s technically two rooms where there is a pull out couch and bunk beds and then another area with a sliding door to separate it off with a large bed for the adults. They have a pizza place in the lobby. The only difference is double trees cookies are free and theirs are four dollars 😂
