Great experience!

This was one of the best hotels that we have stayed at in a long time. It’s very clean, the staff were professional and friendly and the location was perfect. Our room was more spacious than I expected. It’s about a 8 minute drive to universal studios and a 15-20 minute walk. We had a great experience and I would stay at this hotel again!

The hotel was conveniently located near the park. The best part is that they offer transportation, plus the breakfast was very good. The pool wasn’t cold, and the room was clean and spacious.

Great hotel, didn’t like the parking situation

Overall a great place to stay. We took advantage of several on site amenities like pizza and drinks by the pool. Nice room and very comfortable beds. Not a fan of charging guests to park in a parking lot that the hotel obviously owns. Seems greedy and like a rip off based on the nightly price and there’s not even a guard gate to give you any peace of mind that your vehicle is safe. You want to charge a nightly fee to park, then use those funds to protect guests vehicles.
